Turn field paperwork into mobile forms
Replace the paper forms your crew already uses with mobile forms on phones or tablets. Technicians can open the right form, record work beside the equipment, and send the completed record to the office.
Start with the paperwork already used on the job
Pick a repeated field job where paper slows down the handoff. That might be an equipment maintenance form, safety checklist, job site materials delivery form, commissioning sheet, quality check, field report, fleet inspection, or equipment damage report.
Build the mobile version around the facts the crew records now. Keep the equipment ID, job number, readings, work performed, parts used, finding, photo, and sign-off that the office needs. Drop fields that nobody uses.
Open the right form beside the equipment
A technician can choose an available form on a phone or tablet. A configured QR code, barcode, NFC tag, or Bluetooth tag can also identify the equipment, asset, job site, or work area and open the information and forms available to that user.
The scan identifies the tagged item. It does not prove that a technician inspected it or completed the job. The entered answers, photos, signature, and submitted record document what the technician reported.
Record the work while the technician is there
Use lists, checkboxes, required fields, and scanned values to cut down on repeated typing. The form can collect notes, equipment readings, photos, GPS location, and signatures when those details belong in the job record.
Workers can pass a partly completed form through configured field and office steps when more than one person handles the work. Access to forms, equipment information, and submitted records depends on the account setup and user permissions.
Send completed field records to the office
When the technician submits the form, the completed record goes to the central database. Authorized office staff can search the record, review the entered work, check photos and signatures, and follow the change history supported by the setup.
A useful office review still depends on a form that asks the right questions and a crew that records the job accurately. QR Mobile Data organizes the submitted information; it does not replace supervision, inspection judgment, or reconciliation.
