The device, form, and record
Mobile data collection in plain language
Three parts work together. The worker uses a device, fills out a digital form, and submits the answers to a database. QR Mobile Data uses mobile forms and a cloud database to make submitted records available to authorized office staff.

From the field to the office
A crew member opens an equipment inspection form in the North yard, records the checks, and submits it. Office staff can then review that inspection in QR Mobile Data.
Workers can complete forms without Wi-Fi or cellular service and submit them when a connection is available. Forms in progress are saved in the app so a worker can pause and resume.
After submission, the office can create PDF reports using a Word layout template or export the collected data as CSV.
