Send construction field reports to Procore as PDF documents
Crews complete QR Mobile Data forms on phones or tablets. The configured integration creates a PDF document and places it in the selected Procore company or project document folder.
Collect the field record where the work happens
A construction crew can complete a daily report, punch list, inspection, commissioning record, or other configured form on a phone or tablet. The worker records the job details beside the crane, steel work, installed equipment, or area the report covers.
When the field form is ready, the worker submits it for the configured office and document steps. QR Mobile Data keeps the entered data with the form record and can use that record to create the supported PDF.
Build construction forms around the job
Authorized staff build each form in the QR Mobile Data web dashboard. Add project details, sections, lists, required checks, notes, photos, signatures, and scan fields that match the construction record your office already uses.
A worker can complete the form on an Android or iOS device. Office staff can review or correct supported fields before the document step when that handoff is part of the configured process.
Route completed PDF documents to Procore
The configured integration creates a PDF document from the completed mobile form and sends it to Procore Documents. The PDF is a document output from the submitted record; it does not replace the original QR Mobile Data form data.
- 01Complete the field formRecord the construction work on a phone or tablet.
- 02Office reviewCheck or complete supported fields when the workflow calls for it.
- 03Create the PDFApply the configured Word template to the completed form data.

Choose the company, project, and folder
Procore keeps Documents at company and project levels. The integration can use the selected company-level or project-level location for the completed PDF documents.
A setup may place files in the QR Mobile Data Files folder by default or use another selected folder. Confirm the Procore company, project, folder, naming, and access needed for your deployment.
- Company documents
- Use the company-level Documents area when that is where the record belongs.
- Project documents
- Choose the project when the field report belongs with one construction job.
- Selected folder
- Point the configured handoff to the filing location used by the team.
- QR Mobile Data Files
- Use the default folder where appropriate, or confirm another folder during setup.
Control the PDF layout with a Word template
A configured Microsoft Word template controls the supported PDF layout. Use it to place project details, form answers, tables, photos, signatures, or other supported fields in the document your office needs.
Start with the field report and PDF your team uses now. Confirm which fields belong in the document, who reviews the record, and where the finished PDF should go in Procore.
Watch the Procore document workflow
This demo shows a configured QR Mobile Data form becoming a PDF document in Procore Documents. It illustrates the supported handoff; the exact forms, templates, folders, and review steps depend on the customer's setup.
