Divide a longer form into logical sections so staff can move through the procedure without hunting through one long screen. Add instructions or reference images where a step needs clarification.
Use list selections, checkboxes, radio buttons, and required fields to match the lab's method and reduce repeated typing. Exact fields, workflow steps, and permissions are configured for the procedure; the software does not define the scientific method.
Record conditions, observations, images, and signatures
A mobile form can capture the conditions and observations needed at each configured step. Staff can scan an instrument serial number, select an answer, enter a measurement or note, and add supported images or signatures.
Required fields remind the user which entries the form expects before submission. They do not verify that a measurement is scientifically correct.
