- Equipment service and repair form. Use this form to record all details of the equipment service / repairs. Include description of the problem, what has been done, which parts were used,
and labor hours. Supplement the form with the photos illustrating the problem, and collect customer signature. Create pdf report based on the completed form that includes all the details,
photos and customer signature, e-mail to the customer and/or to the office from the smartphone or tablet.
A/C maintenance form. Use this form to record the
preventive maintenance of the A/C units, use as a template for recording other types of HVAC equipment maintenance.
- Equipment installation form. Use this form to document on site equipment installation. Include equipment details, purchase order details, notes and if applicable equipment tests.
Document proper equipment installation with the photos, and collect customer signature.
