Stocktake ReportsIf you need to count warehouse inventory, make a list of the office fixed assets, audit inventory or assets on the client site, job site, etc. - QR Audit software would be a perfect fit to accomplish it.
Company employees can use their own or company's mobile devices (smartphones or tablets running Android or iOS) for stocktaking / inventory count / asset audits. Using QR Audit mobile application on the smartphones, they scan in assets and inventory and add them to the current inventory count batch. Stocktakers can see current inventory count batch on the smartphone screen, review the batch, make corrections and submit inventory count to the cloud in real time. If an employee scans an inventory item r an asset that is not in the database yet, (s)he can add it on the spot on a smartphone. If your assets or inventory items are not labeled, stick the label on, scan it and add a new item to the database in one swipe.
Any number of employees can take part in the stocktaking concurrently, working in the different sections of the warehouse. An administrator determines when to start and end stocktaking, inventory count location and inventory groups for the cycle counts.
Once stocktaking process is completed, an administrator can review and export inventory count reports. If you are using QR Audit software along with QR Inventory mobile inventory management software, you can do inventory count adjustment based on the stocktaking results with a click of a button.
