Use a smartphone to scan barcodes, QR codes, or supported NFC tags into a stocktake batch, review the running feed, and submit the count for web reports. QR Audit also supports label generation, complete or cycle counts, planned or ad hoc audits, saved batches, and data exchange with an inventory system.

Use a smartphone with the labels already on the stock

QR Audit supports the source-described barcodes, QR codes, and NFC tags. The phone provides the mobile count screen, so a separate barcode scanner is not required for the camera-based workflow.

If stock is not labeled, the built-in tool can generate, lay out, and print QR-code labels. Test label size, surface, lighting, distance, and phone cameras in the actual warehouse before the count.

Choose complete or cycle counts and planned or ad hoc audits

Use the web interface to define a complete or cycle inventory count, choose inventory groups, schedule the start and end, review progress, and close the audit. Authorized workers can also open an ad hoc check for a small area, service truck, or assigned location.

The scan identifies the available item or asset record. The worker still checks the physical material, enters the count, and handles a missing, damaged, unreadable, or unexpected label.

Import the starting stock data and export the available count or discrepancy results for the organization's next inventory-system step. Review exceptions before any adjustment; mobile scanning does not remove the need for reconciliation.
