Put the right form at each shop-floor step
Build a separate form for machining, assembly, finishing, testing, inspection, packaging, or another step when each area needs different instructions and fields. Keep the form short enough for the operator doing that work.
A configured workflow can pass the job between employees or departments. Use a stand-alone form when one operator completes one discrete check and no controlled handoff is needed.
Record quality checks and testing results
Operators and inspectors can record dimensions, readings, pass or fail results, findings, notes, photos, signatures, and the action taken. Repeatable sections can capture several measurements or problems on the same submitted form.
The useful quality record depends on the checks, tolerances, instructions, access, and review process your company configures. The software does not replace those controls.
Tie lots and serial numbers to the production record
Scan or enter a material lot, component serial number, work order, finished item, or batch when that reference belongs in the production record. Record the production step and quality result with it.
The record can support a search from a finished item back to entered lots or serials, or from an entered lot forward to recorded production use. The result depends on the identifiers and steps workers consistently capture.

Authorized staff can search and review submitted production records in the web dashboard. The available search fields come from the forms and work process set up for the team.
Supported data can be exported as CSV, and a configured Microsoft Word template can control a PDF document layout. Confirm the document, recipients, review step, and naming your operation needs.
Keep inventory movements in QR Inventory
