Use a shared dashboard to show the latest recorded asset location, stock level, material use, or work-in-progress status. What appears depends on the mobile scans, BLE gateway updates, and workflow records sent to QR Inventory.
Show the latest recorded status where the team can see it
The dashboard shows the latest submitted or detected record available for the configured job. It can show asset locations and status, inventory stock levels or material use, and work in progress on a large TV, monitor, or desktop.
Each value is only as current as its last recorded update. A missed scan, delayed connection, moved tag, or incorrect entry can leave the dashboard behind the actual work.

Track a pallet as an item and as a location
A pallet can act as both a tracked item and a location. A worker can scan the pallet, scan each item or container moved onto or off it, and submit the transaction. When the pallet moves, its recorded contents follow that pallet location in the available reports.
The same nesting can continue through a recorded location path such as warehouse, zone, rack, pallet, container, and bin. The first report view can show the top-level contents, and the user can open a listed container to drill down into its recorded contents.

Use BLE detection for area-level updates, not an exact position claim
A BLE tag identifies the pallet to the nearby system. A BLE gateway reports which tagged pallet it detected within range. That does not confirm the exact physical position of the pallet inside the area. Gateway placement, radio conditions, and the number of gateways affect how closely a detection can narrow the recorded location.
BLE detection can help update a tagged pallet or asset between configured areas. Workers still use the required scans or entries to record which inventory items and containers move onto or off the pallet.
Check the location path and transaction history behind the dashboard
Use the available reports to locate a pallet, view its first-level contents, open nested containers, or follow the full recorded location path for an item. The transaction history shows the movements and changes submitted through the configured workflow.
The dashboard gives the team a fast status view. The reports and history provide the detail needed to check what was recorded, when it changed, and which follow-up is needed.
