Alert the right people when a problem is submitted
A configured rule can send an email alert to selected personnel when a submitted inspection contains a safety problem. Set the rule, recipients, and triggering answers before rollout, then test the handoff in the actual workflow.
The alert tells someone that a recorded problem needs attention. A person still has to review the condition, choose the response, and make sure the required work happens.
